At the East Liberty Wellness Center we offer different programming throughout the year to meet the needs of our members.

We have something for everyone!

Group Exercise

Boot Camp: The ultimate calorie-burning workout, which combines the best of cross-training conditioning with speed drills, plyometrics, and powerful exercises.

Intensity: Moderate to High

Spinning®: The indoor vigorous cycling workout powered by motivating and upbeat music that torches calories and significantly improves cardiovascular endurance.

Intensity: Moderate to High

Yoga: A mixed level flow of postures to align, strengthen, and promote flexibility in the body with breathing techniques and meditation integrated. Participants are encouraged to practice at their own level as modifications are offered making the class suitable for anyone.

Intensity: Low to Moderate


Fitness Assessments and Training

Whether you are looking to start a new workout routine, an avid exerciser, or do not know where to begin – we have a solution for you.  We offer a wide array of fitness assessments to let an individual know where they are and to help the individual monitor progress.  Our staff can use these assessments to design a specific workout program to meet your individual goals.  This is also a great way to learn how to work out safely and effectively in a 1 on 1 or small group training format.  All these services are included in your membership cost.
