What inspired you to work in Wellness/Fitness?
As a former Division 1 athlete, fitness was a huge part of my identity. When that chapter ended, I realized how important it is to maintain structure, routine, and overall wellness outside of competitive sports. That transition inspired me to work in this field—I wanted to help others stay connected to their health and build sustainable habits, no matter where they are in their journey.
What do you enjoy most about working at the Wellness Center?
Having the opportunity to learn something new every day and collaborate with my team on new ideas.
Favorite way to stay active or healthy?
Working out, going for long walks with my dog

My older sister and I share a birthday. We were born on the same day, 2 years apart!
