What inspired you to work in Wellness/Fitness?  

I have been very active in sports my whole life and I love to physically move! I have a passion for health and how the body works, physically and nutritionally!

What do you enjoy most about working at the Wellness Center?

I love it all! I love working with our amazing team! I love working with our members! I love learning and teaching and sharing what I have learned with the members! I love assisted stretching them! I love being able to help everyone have a happier and healthier life!

Favorite way to stay active or healthy? 

I love all my group fitness classes, as well as, running, paddleboarding, playing tennis and golfing! I love eating real food and staying healthy! That’s where it all starts!

Fun Fact About You:  

I met my husband on a blind date when we were 34, set up by my sister! We spent the next 4 days together and after a month, I knew he was the one!

Go-To Pump-Up Song or Motivation Boost:

I love music and I have a wide genre of favorites from hard rock to Christian! However, I actually listen to podcasts when I work out and save the music for dancing!
