This program begins May 1st and will run the whole month of May.  The goal is to obtain 26.2 miles of walking, running or swimming. Every Monday, participants will receive a weekly e-mail covering different walking/running topics.  To coincide with the topics we will also be offering virtual workshop to expand on the information.  The workshops will be delivered via Microsoft Teams.
