Join us for our 8 week beginner 5k training program to help you train for your next turkey trot or holiday run!

This program is designed to help you prepare for a 5k (3.1 miles) or 4 mile race by the end of November. Whether you are just beginning running, or you’re signed up for your 50th race, this program will provide a recommended training schedule, a training tracker, suggestions for recovery, basic nutrition, and hydration tips.
