Monthly Health Promotions

There are a variety of topics covered in monthly Health Promotions, including Cancer Awareness, Physical Activity Month and Tobacco Awareness.

Body Gem Measurement

The Body Gem is a device used by health professionals to measure your resting metabolic rate (RMR) easily and quickly.  Your RMR is an integral part of any successful weight management program. Fees applicable.

Health & Wellness Consultation
This consultation provides participants with the ability to learn more in depth about a topic within the Health and Wellness field.


Fuel Right 



Nutrition Consultation
A one-on-one appointment with a registered dietitian to discuss any personal dietary concerns or goals.

Nutrition Classes
The same valuable information that is given in the individual consult, but conducted in a group format.

Cooking Classes and Demonstrations
Learning skills and knowledge on preparing affordable healthy foods and meals.

Nutrition Challenges
Two-Four week nutrition challenges focused on building healthy habits.




Fitness Assessment Take part in a fitness assessment (“fit test”) – this is an excellent way to determine your basic fitness so that you can plan the best way for you to live actively. (Note: required for personal training.)


Group Fitness Classes
Certified instructors offer a variety of class types and formats that can be adapted to all levels of fitness.

Personal Training
Launch your commitment to fitness or rejuvenate your current exercise program through the guidance and support of a trained fitness professional.


Youth Fitness Program
Designed for members who are 13 to 15 year-olds, this program safely introduces youth to the weight room under the guidance of a trained fitness professional.


Live Fit
Our premier Wellness Center program, Live Fit is an 8-12 week program to enhance wellness in members.  This program is worth 50 Passports to Wellness points (Up to two times per year).
