Our multi-site, multi-feature aquatic facilities provide recreational, educational and group fitness programs to enhance the health and fitness of our members.  We are committed to delivering high-quality, affordable programs for all participants – from the beginner to the lifelong swimmer, casual to high-caliber athletes, infants to seniors.



Aqua Fitness Classes 

Certified instructors offer a variety of class types and formats that can be adapted to all levels of fitness.  Water classes are labled Aqua  View your current schedule on the Fitness page.

Aquatics Programs:


Adult Swim Clinic:  We started this program to help our seasoned swimmers improve their technique and efficiency in the water.  This class is great for fitness swimmers and tri-athletes looking to improve their speed, breathing and stroke mechanics in the water.


Incentive Programs:  We are now offering swimming incentive programs (i.e. The River Race Challenge, Swim for a Touchdown) which challenge lap swimmers to continually add distance and frequency to their workouts.


Honda Swim Lessons: This program is open to members and guests.  Lessons are taught by our knowledgable aquatic staff and are available for ages 6 months and older.  Adult lessons are available.

Lifeguard Training: Class for members and guests 15 and older that teaches the skills required to be an American Red Cross certified Lifeguard.  Includes rescue skills, first aid and CPR as well as AED.  Participants must pass a standard swim test on the first day of class to attend.


Open Pool:  This is a program where Wellness Center members are allowed to bring guests into the Wellness Center pool area.


Pool Inflatables:  This is a day-long program where the Wellness Center Aquatics staff places large inflatable objects in the pool for patrons to play on.
